Returns & Exchanges
We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If something isn’t right, our return process is designed to be simple and fair.
Return Eligibility
- Returns for discretionary reasons (change of mind, selected wrong product) are accepted within 30 days of delivery.
- Returns for our mistakes (defective item, wrong item) are accepted within 7 days of delivery
- That being said, we stand by the quality of our products and we know the ultimate test happens on the water. If after using our products you are dissatisfied with their durability or quality, contact us and we'll find a way to make it up to you.
- Items must be unused and in their original packaging.
Who Pays for Return Shipping?
We apply a straightforward and customer-friendly policy:

If the issue is our fault (defective item, wrong item, shipping error):
→ We cover all return shipping costs and provide a prepaid label. -
If the return is customer-initiated (change of mind, wrong colour/size selection, etc.):
→ Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.
How to Start a Return
- Email us at webcontact@brecksinc.com with your order number.
- We will confirm eligibility and send a prepaid label if applicable.
- Once the returned item is received and inspected, a refund will be issued to your original payment method.
Refund Timing
- Refunds are typically processed within 5–7 business days after we receive the returned items.
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

To ensure fast service and guaranteed stock availability:
